1. Information about the collection of personal data

1.1 We inform you about the collection of personal data by using our website. Personal data is all data that refers directly to you, eg. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

1.2 Responsible person according to Art. 4 Abs. 7 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is AMS Analysen-, Mess- und Systemtechnik GmbH, Industriestr. 9, 69234 Dielheim, info@ams-dielheim.com (see Imprint).

1.3 When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be saved by us to answer your questions. We delete these data after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

1.4 If we rely on contracted service partners for individual functions of our offer or if we wish to use your data for other purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective transactions. We also name the specified criteria for the storage duration.

3. Collection of personal data by visiting our website

In the case of informative use of our website, in cases of non-registration or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. 4. Newsletter

4.1 With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which informs you about offers and technical innovations. The contents of the newsletter are named in the declaration of consent.

4.2 To register to our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address specified in your enquiry after your registration. In this email we beg for your confirmation of the receipt of the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP addresses and times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to inform you about possible misuse of your personal data.

4.4 You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare the revocation by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter or by sending a message to the contact details stated in the imprint.
